Return and Refund Policy

Right of withdrawal — 14 days

In accordance with articles L221-18 and following of the French Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason.

Return conditions

For reasons of hygiene and health protection (article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code), cosmetic products unsealed or opened after delivery cannot be returned, unless they are non-compliant. Returned products must be new, unopened, and in their original intact packaging.

How to return a product

1. Contact us by email before any return, indicating your order number and the product(s) concerned.
2. We will provide you with the return address and instructions.
3. Ship the package within 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal. Return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless the product is defective or there was an error on our part.

Refund

The refund will be processed using the payment method used during the order, at the latest 14 days after receipt of the returned product (or proof of shipment), including standard delivery costs.

Defective, damaged product or order error

If you receive a defective, damaged, or non-compliant product, contact us within 48 hours with supporting photos: we will proceed with replacement or full refund, with return shipping costs at our expense.
