Terms and Conditions of Sale

Article 1 – Purpose and Scope

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the contractual relationship between PopLaneBeauty and any person making a purchase (hereinafter "the Customer") on the poplanebeauty.myshopify.com website. Any order implies unreserved acceptance of these GTC.

Article 2 – Prices

Product prices are indicated in euros (€), inclusive of all taxes (TTC). PopLaneBeauty reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being understood that the applicable price is the one in force at the time the order is confirmed.

Article 3 – Products

The products offered for sale are described and presented with the greatest possible accuracy. Minor variations between photographs and actual products may occur, particularly due to screen display, without PopLaneBeauty being held liable.

Article 4 – Order

The Customer confirms their order after checking the contents of their cart, the total price, and the delivery information. An order confirmation is sent by e-mail after validation.

Article 5 – Payment

Payment is made online at the time of order, using the secure payment methods offered on the site. The order is not considered final until payment has been confirmed.

Article 6 – Delivery

Delivery terms, areas, and times are detailed on our Delivery Policy page. Any delivery costs are indicated before the final confirmation of the order.

Article 7 – Right of Withdrawal and Returns

In accordance with current regulations, the Customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason. The conditions and procedures for returns are specified on our Return and Refund Policy page.

Article 8 – Legal Guarantees

All products sold on the site benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the legal guarantee against hidden defects, in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code and the Consumer Code.

Article 9 – Liability

PopLaneBeauty cannot be held responsible for damages resulting from improper use of the purchased products or use not in accordance with the instructions provided. Cosmetic products must be used in accordance with the instructions and precautions for use indicated on their packaging.

Article 10 – Personal Data

Personal data collected during the order is processed in accordance with our page dedicated to privacy choices, accessible from the footer of the site.

Article 11 – Applicable Law and Disputes

These GTC are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action, particularly through the consumer mediator mentioned in our Legal Notice.
