Service Areas

We deliver to mainland France, within the European Union, and to a selection of international countries (United Kingdom, Switzerland, United States, Canada, and others — the full list of available countries will automatically display at the shipping stage of checkout based on your address).

Order Preparation

Your order is prepared and shipped within 24 to 48 business hours after payment confirmation.

Delivery Times

The estimated delivery time is 5 to 12 business days for France and Europe after dispatch, and may be longer for some international destinations, depending on product availability and the carrier. A tracking number is sent to you by email upon dispatch so you can track your package at any time.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated according to your delivery zone and displayed at checkout, before order confirmation.

Delays, Lost or Damaged Parcels

In accordance with Article L216-1 of the Consumer Code, if the maximum announced delivery time is exceeded, you may require us to deliver within a reasonable additional period; failing this, the order may be cancelled and refunded. If your package arrives damaged, make reservations with the carrier and contact us within 48 hours with photos: we will quickly find a solution (reshipment or refund).
